    Abstract:

    The water culture experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Cu(10 mg/L)on chlorophyll content,antioxidant enzyme system activity(SOD,POD,CAT),proline content,soluble protein content and MDA content of wheat seedling with different concentrations of Si(0,30,60,90,120,150 mg/L,SiO2).The results showed: At the action of Si(30,60,90 mg/L,SiO2),chlorophyll-a content,antioxidant enzymes system(SOD,POD) activity,proline content,soluble protein content of wheat seedling increased and MDA content droped...
