The dynamic monitoring of soil erosion based on "3S" technology is a new project in China and abroad. The method and working procedure of dynamic monitoring of soil erosion with "3S" technology in Fujian province was adopted. The result was analyzed and shows that soil erosion in Fujian province abides by the law of increasing from inland area to littoral area in spatially and lightening in timely, especially in littoral area. The method is practicable proved by field researchs.
