With the use of GIS software,we treated rapidly a lot of basic data on land use,analysed background condition on land exploitation and arrangement,and investigated potentialities on land arrangement and exploitation.To counter situation and features of land use,this paper probed into pressing significance on land arrangement.On the basis of objective of economy,society and ecology coordination, land exploitation and arrangement areas were delimited and direction and focal point of ones were defined.,thus the ways to deal with a situation in purple soil hilly country were provided. purple soil;hilly country;land arrangement;continued developmented development
