The paper discusses the situation of sustainable development of watershed from the viewpoint of ecology, economy and society. The influence index of different aspects are proposed. By the means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to calculate value of the evaluation index, and the results can be gotten according to the different stage standards that is defined by the critical value of sustainable development index. As a case study, the evaluation results show that Huangjiaercha small watershed is at primary stage of sustainable development.
