    为了探索秸秆还田与氮肥配施对砂质潮土微生物活性与土壤团聚体的影响。采用室内培养的方法, 在定量秸秆条件下, 通过控制尿素用量, 研究不同氮肥用量与秸秆配施比例对砂质潮土的有机质、土壤微生物量碳、氮含量、土壤酶活性以及土壤团聚体的影响。结果表明: 与CK相比, 秸秆配施适量氮肥, 能显著提高土壤有机质(29.04%~41.90%)、微生物量碳(53.34%~90.33%)、氮含量(25.41%~38.67%)、土壤脲酶(35.29%~44.12%)、多酚氧化酶活性(36.67%~53.33%)以及大团聚体(>0.25 mm)比例(8.81%~65.22%), 增强团聚体稳定性(25.89%~91.96%)(P<0.05); 其中, 当添加尿素量为0.213 g/kg时最利于增强土壤微生物碳含量, 提高大颗粒团聚体(>0.25 mm)比例以及团聚体的稳定性; 添加尿素量为0.086 g/kg时, 则对土壤有机碳含量、土壤微生物氮含量影响较为突出。相关分析表明, 土壤有机碳、微生物量碳、氮含量、酶活性和WMD、GMD关系密切, 呈现正相关性。综上所述, 砂质潮土实施秸秆还田配施氮肥可提高土壤养分含量, 改善土壤物理性状。研究结果可为优化秸秆还田技术、改善砂质潮土肥力状况提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the effects of combined application of straw and nitrogen fertilizer on microbial activity and soil aggregates in sandy fluvo aquic soil, the effects of the different amounts of nitrogen fertilizer and combined application ratios of straw on organic matter, soil microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen content, soil enzyme activity and soil aggregate in sandy fluvo aquic soil were studied by using the method of indoor culture and controlling urea amounts under the condition of quantitative straw. The results showed that compared with CK, straw combined with proper amount of nitrogen fertilizer could significantly improve soil organic matter content (29.04%~41.90%), microbial biomass carbon content (53.34%~90.33%), nitrogen content (25.41%~38.67%), soil urease activity (35.29%~44.12%), polyphenol oxidase activity (36.67%~53.33%) and the proportion of large aggregates (> 0.25 mm)(8.81%~65.22%), and enhance the stability of aggregates (25.89%~91.96%)(P < 0.05). When the amount of urea was 0.213 g/kg, it was most conducive to increase soil microbial carbon content, the proportion of large particle aggregates (> 0.25 mm) and improve the stability of aggregates. When the amount of urea was 0.086 g/kg, the soil organic carbon and soil microbial nitrogen contents were significantly affected. Correlation analysis showed that soil organic carbon, microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen content enzyme activities were closely related to WMD and GMD, showing a positive correlation. In conclusion, straw returning combined with nitrogen fertilizer could improve soil nutrient content and soil physical properties in sandy fluvo aquic soil. The research results could provide a theoretical basis for optimizing straw returning technology and improving the fertility of sandy fluvo aquic soil.
